Regular lawn mowing between 2.5" and 3.5" depending on time of the year and weather conditions. A proper mowing schedule promotes healthy, uniform growth.
Trimming
Grass around obstacles such as mailbox and trees to be trimmed down to equal height as mowed area to promote uniformity around your property.
Edging
Borders between the lawn and hard surfaces, such as the driveway, to be hard edged to emphasize your lawn's manicured look.
Blowing
Team members will blow grass clippings and other small debris off of your hard surfaces, such as a patio, to give your property the clean, professional look you deserve.
Extras
Small tasks that pop-up throughout the season, such as small down branches will quickly be handled during regular service. Larger issues may need to be dealt with on a case by case basis.

Snow Removal of your driveway, private and public sidewalks. Additional areas may be included at your request prior to service term start.
Property Maintenance
Small, miscellaneous services not mentioned. Such as fallen limbs that have fallen in your yard, or weeds coming up in your driveway.

Debris Cleanup
Give your lawn the fresh start it deserves. Cleaning up leftover leaves, twigs, and other debris that have accumulated in your yard and landscape beds during the winter months.
Edging
Deep edging around landscape beds is like adding a frame. A deep manicured edge will prevent grass roots and weeds from creeping into your landscape beds.
Weed Control
Treatment and removal of existing weeds, as well as application of a pre-emergent compound to stop weeds before they grow.

Fall Cleanup
Leaf Collection
Collection of down leaves, as well as other debris that has accumulated throughout the year. Leaves may be hauled away, or left for municipal collection.
Lawn Mowing
The last cut of the year for your lawn before it goes into hibernation. A clean, uniform cut going into the off-season prevents build up of unwanted debris.
Gutter Cleaning
Clean out the leaves and other junk that has accumulated in your gutters during the warm months. This will prevent drainage issues as the snow melts off your roof throughout the winter.
Sprinkler Blowouts
Blowout your sprinkler system to prevent freezing during the cold months. This service will also highlight some issues you may have with your irrigation system. Sprinkler start-up in the spring may be included at discounted price.
